Almond Balls

Almond Balls

You can also mold this recipe into a bar, if you don’t desire to make balls.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Almond Butter
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup organic quick oats (dry)
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup raisins or carob chips (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Combine almond butter and honey.
  • 2. In a food processor chop oats, sunflower seeds and walnuts to a fine consistency.
  • 3. Add this mixture to the almond butter and honey mixture.
  • 4. Add desired amount of organic unsweetened raisins or organic carob chips (found in any organic baking section).
