Banana Custard Pie

This pie is a no bake pie that everyone enjoys.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of hot water
  • 1 Tbsp. gelatin powder
  • ½ cup orange or pineapple juice
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup flaxseed oil
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  • 1. In a blender combine hot water and gelatin powder until completely melted.
  • 2. Add the juice, egg, oil and vanilla and 3 of the bananas with the blender running.
  • 3. Cut up the last banana and put it on the bottom of the dish.
  • 4. Sprinkle with coconut.
  • 5. Pour the mixture over the banana slices.
