  • 2 cups of shredded carrot
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  • 1. Mix together.
  • 2. Chill for several hours.
  • 3. Serve cool.
