Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 teaspoon of celtic sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons of ghee or coconut oil

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • 2. Remove the core of the cauliflower and break into florets
  • 3. microwave ghee or coconut oil
  • 4. toss the cauliflower florets in the fat and season with salt
  • 5. Roast for 25 minutes until tender and light brown
