Basically another healthy stuffing for lettuce cups, that kids enjoy.
- Leftover chicken chopped small or shredded
- 2 Tbsp. Sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. mayo
- ¼ cup grapes
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1. Mix ingredients together.
- 2. Chill until ready to serve.
- 3. Serve mixture rolled up in a lettuce leaf (Boston lettuce)
