Fruit Salsa with Whole Grain Cinnamon Chips

I use a food processor to make the salsa. If you like a chunkier salsa, just hand chop the fruit, mix in a bowl with jelly and agave and chill for several hours or overnight.

Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwis, diced
  • 2 Apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. organic raspberry jelly
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 package of Whole Grain Tortillas
  • 1 lb. organic strawberries, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Raw agave nectar
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut oil

Instructions

  • 1. Melt coconut oil in skillet or microwave.
  • 2. Brush each tortilla with melted coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • 3. Use a pizza cutter to cut each tortilla into 8 pieces.
  • 4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until crispy.
  • 5. Allow the chips to cool before eating.

  • 7. Blend the fruit.
  • 8. Chill Several hours or overnight.
