Homemade Guacamole

Guacamole

If you would like the guacamole to hold it’s color, save the pit of the avocado and place in the middle of the guacamole, and cover with saran wrap until ready to eat. Eat within one day of making.

If you like to add spice, just add desired amount of hot sauce, or add 1 serrano or jalapeno pepper, finely chopped. Another optional ingredient is cilantro. Just add about 5 sprigs of finely chopped leaf only.

Try on top of a burger with pepper jack cheese or on a breakfast burrito!
