Serve over cottage cheese for a glycemically balanced treat, or over coconut yogurt for a dairy free dessert.
- 4 apples
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- Optional: add 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts, slivered almonds or raw oats
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 2-3 droppers of liquid toffee crunch stevia
- 1. Thinly slice apples and sauté in oil until softened.
- 2. Add cinnamon and apple juice and simmer, stirring uncovered for a few more minutes.
- 3. Serve as desired.
