Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of almonds
  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup of brown rice cereal
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened dried fruit.

Instructions

  • 1. In a bowl mix puffed brown rice cereal, sliced almonds, chopped walnuts, pumpkin seeds and dried fruit.
  • 2. Store in a jar and snack as needed.
