You don’t have to feel bad snacking on this mix.
- 1/4 cup of walnuts
- 1/4 cup of almonds
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup of brown rice cereal
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened dried fruit.
- 1. In a bowl mix puffed brown rice cereal, sliced almonds, chopped walnuts, pumpkin seeds and dried fruit.
- 2. Store in a jar and snack as needed.
