Turkey Meat Loaf

A nice change from traditional meat loaf.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground turkey
  • ½ cup whole oats
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • ½ cup freshly sautéed mushrooms
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • 3. Form into 2 loaves.
  • 4. Bake in a loaf pan for approximately 40 minutes.
