Yogurt Parfait

One of my favorite options is to add slivered almonds, ground flax-seeds and drizzle with agave to really make this simple recipe extra-special and fancy.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Greek yogurt (vanilla, honey, or strawberry)
  • 2 cups of Kashi Go Lean Crisp
  • 2 cups of fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 6 Tablespoons of slivered almonds
  • 3 Tablespoons of ground flax seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons of agave nectar

Instructions

  • 1. Take 6 clear glasses of your choice.
  • 2. Fill each with 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt.
  • 3. Top each with about 1/4 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crisp.
  • 4. Top each cup with another 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt.
  • 5. Top finally, with 1/4 cup of mixed berries.
  • 6. Optional: add slivered almonds, ground flax seeds and drizzle with agave nectar.
